Smaller office with access to a nice sized conference room as well as a kitchen/storage area. I have been in this spot for six months and have extra space for someone who needs a little extra space. Terry Parrish is the owner and the tenant, we would be sharing the building, I only use one office. There won’t really be room for a team of people, looking for a single person who needs a small office.
